Bring your sweetheart to Caves to celebrate the Valentine’s holiday. We’ll be running a couple of specials from Thursday, February 13th, through Saturday, February 15th. Reservations are encouraged but not required.

New Year's Eve at Caves
Ring in 2025 at Caves with an evening of culinary delights and festive libations. From 6 - 9 pm on New Year's Eve, join us for a sophisticated celebration combining exceptional food, craft cocktails, and our cozy atmosphere. Just for this evening, we're offering a $10 deposit that includes a table reservation, plus a carefully curated Amuse Bouche and your choice of welcome drink - either a glass of sparkling wine, an Orval beer, or a non-alcoholic Sauvignon Blanc.

Festive Belgian-Inspired Dinner
Join us for an evening of Holiday cheer as we host our annual Belgian-Inspired Dinner in collaboration with our longtime friend Joel Rea. We're excited to present a menu reminiscent of a traditional wintry European experience, with a thoughtfully curated selection of vintage, holiday, Trappist, and farmhouse Belgian Ales perfectly paired with Belgian and French-inspired classics from our kitchen.

Kickoff Celebration for Corvallis Beer Week
Celebrate the beginning of Corvallis Beer Week with us on Thursday, August 29th. From 4 pm - 5 pm, prepare for the evening’s festivities by sipping on a hand-selected lineup of beers from our cellar paired with a special Gather Hour menu. Caves Corvallis is the starting location for the Corvallis Beer Week Kickoff March and casual pub crawl around Downtown Corvallis, which begins promptly at 5 pm and ends with the Kickoff Party at Common Fields between 7 pm - 9 pm.

Wild and Foraged Dinner
Join us for our next curated experience - the Wild & Foraged Dinner on May 21st at Caves Corvallis. This dinner will feature crafted dishes paired with natural and low-intervention wines, highlighting foraged goods from Oregon’s untamed landscapes and celebrating the beauty and rustic harmonies the PNW offers.
