Inspired by the culinary landscapes throughout Northwestern Europe, Caves marries a curated selection of elevated tavern-fare with craft beer, wine, spirit, and beverages. Sourcing regional ingredients from the waters, fields, and groves throughout the Pacific Northwest, our menu offers the finest seasonal fare rooted in heritage.
Opening in 2011, Caves Corvallis has evolved its space from a cozy Bier Tavern into a light and open air restaurant, bringing the unique elements of the building to the surface. Located in downtown Corvallis, Caves hosts suppliers from all over PNW to bring seasonal ingredients to the European inspired dishes, bringing out the vibrant flavors this region has to offer.

Gather Hour is our favorite time to get together with friends and family to share a round of unique small plates, alongside favorites from our dinner menu. Join us from 4 to 5:30 pm for small plates and $1 off draught beer, wine pours, and kombucha.
