Sourcing regional ingredients from the waters, fields, and groves throughout the Pacific Northwest, our menu offers the finest seasonal fare rooted in heritage.

ABOUT

Opening in 2011, Caves Corvallis has evolved its space from a cozy Bier Tavern into a light and open air restaurant, bringing the unique elements of the building to the surface. Located in downtown Corvallis, Caves hosts suppliers from all over PNW to bring seasonal ingredients to the European inspired dishes, bringing out the vibrant flavors this region has to offer.

Join us Thursday to Monday for dinner and Saturday and Sunday for Brunch!
